锦鸡儿和小冠花接种根瘤菌的效果

摘　　要：１９９３年在科左后旗用锦鸡儿ＡＣＣＣ（混）１１—４９—１８４菌株（新菌）、小冠花ＡＣＣＣ８４０６菌株，对锦鸡儿、小冠花进行了接种试验。结果，接种幼苗的结瘤率比对照提高３５．２９％～１５０％，单株根瘤数量增加９３．４１％～１１２．３３％，单株根瘤重量增加１４４．４４％～３０８．５７％，当年产草量提高１６．６５％～４７．６２％，翌年产草量提高２３．６９％～２４．３９％。The test that inoculted Caragana sinica and Coronilla varia against C. sinica ACCC mixed 11 49 184strain(new)bacterial and C. varia ACCC 8406 strain,respectivly was made in 1993 in Kezuohou County.The rate of rhizobium of seedling inoculated increased by 35.29%～150%over the control; the number ofrhizobium in single plant increased by 93.41%～112. 33%,the weight of rhizobium in single plantincreased by 144. 44%～308. 57%, the yield of grasses producing increased 16. 65%～47.62%in thesame year,and 23. 69%～24. 39%in the next year.
