摘　　要：提出了一种在刻纹光杆上镀敷具有热胀性薄膜的全光纤温度传感容．缩小了外形尺寸，提高了温度传感灵敏度．这种传感器具有线性温度响应和良好的重复性，可用于低于200℃的温度测量．A new class of all-fiber optic temperature sen-sor, of which the heat-expansion thin film is coated on the etched fiber,is prasented.The scnsitivity of the sensor is increased and the shape size is decreased.This sensor pos- sesses the linear temperature response and the good repeate-bility.Thiase sensors can be used to measure finely the tem-perature which is lower than 200℃.
