摘　　要：一九八七年，我们发表了“光学系统经济公差探讨”［1］一文，主要从理论上阐述了光学系统经济公差的思想及数学模型。本文在以前工作基础上发展和改进了评价函数，选取并改善了优化计算方法，编制了求解公差程序，加入了模拟加工运算，进行了加优化公差后镜头像质的验证，从而使光学系统经济公差理论和方法更加完善，程序更具有实用意义。We published a paper“On economic tolerances of optical system' in 1987. The thought and , mathematical model of economic tolerances of optical system were discribed theoreticalty.In this paper,the evaluation function is developed and improved on the bases of post work,the optimization calculation method is selected and perfected,the program to derive tolerances id drawed up,the operation to simulate manufacture is added,the test to quality of a lens with optimization toler ances is made,So the theory and method of economic tolerances of optical system are more exact,and the program is more prectical.
