摘　　要：近年来国内外用图形视诱发电位(P-VEP)对原发性开角型青光眼的早期诊断进行了不少探索,主要是改进图形刺激的方法。根据青光眼早期视野损害多发生在Bjerrum区的理论,Towle,Rouland及张希兰等选用大格刺激或遮盖中央刺激(即回避黄斑刺激法)。In order to determine the optimum stimulus conditions for the detection of optic nerve damage due to open angle glaucoma, checkerboard pattern reversal visual evoked potential (P-VEP) was recorded from 21 glaucoma and 21 age-matched normals. Four pattern stimuli with 38′ check (red/black, blue/black, white/black, and white/black excluded macular) and white/black pattern with 1°17′ checks were used. All subjects had not been miosis and had visual acuites of 20/40 or better in each eye. There was a highly significant difference in VEP P100 latency between normal group and glaucoma group with five stimulus patterns. In glaucoma group there was no significant difference in rate of latency prolongation among five stimulus pattern. The reasons of these findings are discussed.
