摘　　要：作者在对陇海—兰新地带城市发展条件进行定性、定量分析的基础上，提出了地带城市的发展战略，确定了一批城市作为地带发展的重点，并对这些城市的发展问题进行了进一步的研究。The author raises the urban development strategy, defined some cities which will enjoy the priority development and conducted a further study of their future based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the conditions in the region along the Longhai-Lanxin Railway.
