富铬酵母降血脂作用研究

摘　　要：观察富铬酵母对大鼠实验性高脂血症的预防及治疗作用，并对其抗衰老机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明：给予富铬酵母（０．４５ｇ／ｋｇＢｗ／ｄ）Ｔ可以预防大鼠由于给甲基硫氧嘧啶及食高脂饲料所致的ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ—Ｃ、ＬＰＯ升高和ＨＤＬ—Ｃ、ＨＤＬ２—Ｃ下降；对形成高脂模型大鼠，给予富铬酵母（０．２５ｇ／ｋｇＢｗ／ｄ）可以明显降低血清ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＬ—Ｃ、ＬＰＯ，升高ＨＤＩ—Ｃ和ＨＤＬ２—Ｃ；给予富铬酵母组血铬水平明显升高且显著高于对喂组及月见草油组。he preventive and therapeutic effects of Chromium enriched yeast on experimental hyperlipidemia and the mechanism of antisenium were Studied in model rats。 The results showed that Chromium-enriched yeast(0.45/KgBw/d)could inhibit the increast of seru TC,TG,LDL-c and LPO,and the decrease of HDL-c, HDL2-c,Which were induced by feeding the rats with methylthiouracil and on a high-fat diet.Atter Chromium-eniched yeast(0.25g/kgBw/d)was supplied to the hyperlipidemic rats fed on a normal diet for 40 days.the decrease in serum TC ,TG ,LDL-c ang LPO ,and the increase in HDL-c ,HDL2-c were highly significant. Compared with the control group and the oenotheria binnis seed oil group, the serum Chromium level of the rats fed on a normal diet containing Chromium-enriched yeast was higher signiticantly。
