含羧基聚硅氧烷去除金属离子的研究

摘　　要：本文研究了含羧基聚硅氧烷对部分金属离子的去除效果；探讨了去除金属离子的机理和影响因素．实验结果表明．这种聚硅氧烷对Ｃｕ（２＋）、Ｃａ（２＋），Ｆｅ（３＋）、和Ｈｇ（２＋）等离子有明显的去除效果；其去席离子的量随羧基含量的增加而增加；在混合金属离子溶液中有选择地去除Ｈｇ（２＋）、Ｆｅ（３＋）和Ｃａ（２＋）离子；当体系的ｐＨ值在８～１０，温度为４０℃时，具有最佳的去除效果．The effectiveness of removal of some metal ions by carbexyl-containing polysiloxane was studied. The experimental results inducated that.these polysiloxanes are effectively for removal of Cu2+,Ca2+,Fe3+ and Hg2+ and selective remove Hg2+, Fe3+ and Ca2+ from several metals-containing solutions.The removal capacity was increased with the increasing of carboxy group content of polysiloxane.The maximum removal was obtained with .pH=8～10 at 40℃.
