摘　　要：论述功率型NTC热敏电阻器的工作原理及其技术指标.研究了以Mn-Cu二元系氧化物为基,掺入Fe,Co,Ni的氧化物组成多元系统材料的性能,选择出应用于工业化生产的最佳配方.The principle and specifcation of power NTC thermistor was described. Onthe basis of Mn-Cu two component oxide system doped with Fe, Co, Ni element oxides,the poly-component system was investigated. The optimal compositions have been se-lected to apply for industrial production.
