摘　　要：介绍了一种将胆固醇酶固定后与氧电极结合而成的酶传感器。采用共价交联尼龙膜的方法制成胆固醇氧化酶膜和胆固醇酯酶／胆固醇氧化酶复合酶膜，用于测定血清中游离胆固醇和总胆固醇。此种传感器干扰少、操作简便、检测速度快、适用于临床检验。In this paper the development of a cholesterol biosensor is reported. Cholesterol oxidase by covalent binding on a nylon net is attached to the surface of oxygen electrode for free cholesterol assay. Choleslerol esterase and cholesterol oxidase in co-immobilized are attached to the surface of oxygen electrode to form bienzyme electrode for total cholesterol assay. Cholesterol biosensor is convenient, reliable, quick and with little interference, so it is suitable for clinical analyses.
