摘  要:本文用Hammett指示剂正丁胺滴定法测定HZSM-5分子筛表面酸量按强度的分布,并与液相合成乙酸丁酯的催化活性相关联.探明了分子筛催化剂中酸强度为-5.6<Ho≤-3.0和-3.0<Ho≤+3.3范围的酸中心对催化反应的贡献分别为48%和33%.将表面酸量按其对反应的贡献折算成有效酸浓度以后,反应的有效酸浓度和反应速度常数之间符合均相酸催化反应的规律.对以HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂在120℃下液相合成乙酸了酯的反应,在连续分水条件下,反应速度常数k=7.17[C]4.25.he surface acidity of HZSM-5 zeolites is determined by Hammett indicator method, and is correlated with the catalytic activity for synthesis of n--butyl acetate in liquid phase. It is found that the acid sitessuch as - 5. 6<H0≤- 3. 0 and --3. 0<H0≤+3. 3 make a greater contribution to the catalytic esterification with contribution ratios of 48.3% and 33. 0% respectively. When the surface acid content is converted toavailable acid content according to its contribution ratio to catalytic reaction, the correlation between available acid content and reaction velocityconstant is in correspondence with the rule of homogeneous acid catalytic reaction. For the n--butyl acetate synthesis reaction in liquid phasewith HZSM--5 (St/A1= 60) as catalyst: k= 7. 17[C]4.25.
