摘  要:本文探讨了连作对大豆的生理生化及产量的影响。试验结果表明,连作导致大豆生长发育受阻,在生理上表现净光合生产率(NAR)、群体生长率(CGR)降低;连作胁迫使叶片光合色素(Chla、Chlb、Chla/b、以及类胡萝卜素)含量减少;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性降低;组织外渗电导率提高;膜质过氧化作用增强,丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量(%)增加。Soybean physiological and biochemical index as well as production in soybean successive croppins field was studied.The result showed that soybean's net assimilation rate and crop growth rate were reduced gradually in soybean successive cropping field year by year.A result of poor growth caused by successive-cropping photosynthetic pigment which include Chla,Chlb and carofenoid of soybean leaves decreased. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT ), reduced. Relative-electronic rate(%) increased. Content of MDA and proline increased under the stress of soybean successive cropping system. The percentage of fallen flowers and pods increased production decreased reached sinsificant level,separatly.
