养肝利胆口服液对胆结石溶石作用的实验研究

摘　　要：养肝利胆口服液是上海中医学院龙华医院的验方，对胆石病、胆道感染有良好的疗效。它是否具有溶解胆结石的作用，尚待研究。本工作用人胆石埋入豚鼠胆囊作为实验模型，经口灌服养肝利胆口服液进行治疗。结果证示该药具有明显溶石作用，和生理盐水对照组相比差异十分显著（Ｐ＜０．０１），其溶解胆固醇结石的效应和熊去氧胆酸（ＵＤＣＡ）相近，而溶解胆红素结石的作用则明显优于ＵＤＣＡ。胆汁成分分析显示该药能促进胆汁分泌，提高胆汁中胆汁酸含量等。The 'Yang Gan Li Dan Yi' (YGLDY) is a recipe belonged to Longhua Hospitai in Shanghai for gallstone and cholangitis diseases with good effecacy,but it's effect on gallstone dissolution is not clear yet. The purpose of present work was to investigate the effect of 'YGLDY' per oral on gallstone dissolution through an experimental model performed on guinea pig with human biliary stones implanted into gallbladder. The results showed that the effect on gallstone dissolution was so significant as compared with control group treated with saline (P<0.01).The effect on cholesterol stone dissolution was nearly to that of ursodesoxycholic acid (UDCA),While the effect on pigment stone dissolution was obviously better than of UDCA. The analysis also showed that the recipe could promt bile secretion and increase the content of bile acid.
