青春型双歧杆菌生态制品对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量的影响

摘　　要：本文观察了青春型双歧杆菌（Ｂｉｆ·ａ）对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量的影响。结果发现，青春型双歧杆菌经腹腔和尾静脉注入均可使血清溶菌酶含量增高，以尾静脉注入效果更明显，认为青春型双歧杆菌对小鼠血清溶菌酶含量的影响，可能是该菌苗注入动物体内后刺激单核巨噬细胞增殖或改变其功能状态有关。The effece of Bifidobacterium adoleacentis DM 8504 Strain on the serum lysozyme in mice was studied. The experimental results showed that this living bacterial preparation injected by tail-vena or intraperitoneal ways could increase the content of serum lysozyme in mice. This effect is more obvious in the tail-vena group than in the intraperitoneal group. It is suggested that the vaccine stimulated the proliferation of mononuclear macrophages or altered its function state.
