摘　　要：用ＨＣＶ非结构区ｎｓ－５合成多肽抗原交联后免疫小鼠，成功地建立了３株抗ｎｓ－５单克隆抗体（ＭｃＡｂ），经检测这３株ＭｃＡｂ属于同一位点，与其它区域无明显交叉反应，具有高度特异性。ＭｃＡｂ的研制为检测ｎｓ－５抗原奠定了一定基础。Three hybridomas(McAb ns-5)secreting monoclonal antibodies against ns-5 were prepared by fusing Sp2/0 with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with ns-5 antigen.Competitiveinhibition test using ELISA showed the three monoclonal antibodies bearing a same binding site to ns-5with no cross reaction with other HCV antigens. The study provides a useful implementation for detection of ns-5 antigen.
