淡水有核珍珠的固核措施及其存在问题

摘　　要：以三角帆蚌（ＨｙｒｉｏｐｓｉｓＣｕｍｉｎｇｉｉＬｅａ）为材料，对淡水有核珍珠的团核措施进行了研究。实验中分别采用麻醉剂注射、倒膜、捆固双壳、针刺腹足、粘合剂粘合伤口等固核措施，通过对伤口愈合后育珠蚌的固核率进行统计分析，结果表明采用麻醉剂注射与倒膜两种措施后，育珠蚌固核率明显提高，其它几种方法固核效果不明显。Abstract Several measures of keeping nuclears in freshwater Pearl culture were studied in this paper.The result shows that the average ratios of keeping nuclears ate 85.9%,74.0%,53.8%,54%,49.7%by the methods of upturning the mantle lobe,injecting anesthetic,splintering in animal foot, tying the two shells together and normal method as controlled growp.By comparing the result of each growp,we think the measure of injecting anesthetic is a good way for keeping nuclears in peal culture,The other way does not produce an effect.
