摘　　要：对预制钢纤维砼薄墙板的设计要求及与旧墙体的联结方式进行了探讨；针对岩棉的特点，提出了新的保温防潮构造方案，给出了一些节点的构造图，并对一幢五层住宅楼的节能改造试验的热工测试。The design requirements for precast SFRC sheet and binding type of existing housewalls are discussed in this paper. According to the property of rock wool, new thermal insulating and damp-proof methods are also presented. Meanwhile, some joint detail figures andthermal tests of energy saving retro fit for a five-storeyed building are evaluated.
