摘　　要：模糊数量经济学是一门新型的应用经济学科，它是在研究经济社会的模糊现象过程中建立起来的，主要包括数学方法基础，一般原理体系和应用政策研究三大部分。不兼容原理是模糊数量经济学的奠基石。The fuzzy Quantitative economics is a new kind of applied economics.It has been founding in process of studying fuzzy phenomena of economy and socity.It includes three parts:the basis of Mathematical method、general principle system and the applied policies analysis. Incompatible theory is a foundation stone of fuzzy quantitative economics.
