摘　　要：介绍航天用特殊钢管的生产设备和工艺特点。采用非真空感应炉＋电渣重熔冶炼工艺，提高钢的纯度，改变夹杂物类型、大小、分布和形态，解决了钢管表面点状缺陷；荒管采取内镗外扒工艺和优化冷加工及脱脂工艺，提高了钢管尺寸精度和表面质量。The productive equipment and industrial art of special steel tube for aerospace are introduced. By adopting non-vacuum induction furnace and electroslag remelting process,the cleanliness and inclusion type, dimension,distribution and shape are improved,and the surface point-type defects of tube are eliminated. The dimension precision and surface quality of the tube are improved by using inner and outside turning and optimizing cold forming and degreasing process.
