摘　　要：本文在传统诊断方法和系统诊断方法的基础上，对砖混住宅承重墙体的质量进行全面分析，提出了一评定其质量等级的方法──新组合函数法，此方法适用性强，所得结果与专家评定结果基本吻合。Based on the method of traditional and sysmetic assessment, the load bearing wall quality of brick and concrete mixed residence is analysed in this paper, and a new compound function method is also presented here to evaluate its grade. Practical results show that this method is well suitable for this kind of evaluation.
