摘  要:本文介绍如何利用交流磁化率来测量高温超导体与电流密度J,直流场Hd和温度T有关的磁通钉能U(J,Hd,T).根据磁通扩散理论和随外场变化的交流磁化率虚部X″峰温的系统实验研究,就可以得到上述能量函数.对掺Pb和Ba的TlSr2Ca2Cu3Oy超导体的系统交流磁化率的测量和分析得到的结果为U(J,Hd,T)∝J-μHd-v(1-(T/Tc)2)2,式中μ=0.59,v=1.1和Tc=117K.这一结果与磁通玻璃态的理论预言一致,这可能是这种T1基材料存在涡旋玻璃的一个实验证据.Abstract A method according to which how to measure the current density J, dc magnetic field Hd and temperature T dependent pinning energy U (J, Hd, T) for high Tc superconductor by means of ac susceptibility has been introduced. Based upon the the flux diffusion theory and the systematic experimental study for the peak temperature of the imaginary part of ac susceptibility X', which is applied field dependent, the above energy function can be obtained. The systematic measurement and analysis of the ac susceptibility for superconductor TlSrCa2Cu3Oy,which is doped with Ph and Ba, show a result of U (J, Hd, T) ∝J-μHd-v[1 - (Tp/Tc)2]2,where μ= 0. 59, v= 1. 1 and Tc= 117K. This result is consistence with the prediction of the votex glass theory, which may be an evidence of existing votex glass in the T1 based materials.
