Effect of Fluoride on the Metabolism of Activated Oxygenin the Primary Cultured Hepatocyte,Nephritocyte and Cerebral Cortex Cell of Rat

摘  要:本文报告观察了1~100μmo1/ml氟化钠对大鼠原代肝、肾和大脑皮质细胞中超氧阴离子自由基(O2)和羟自由基(OH·)产生量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH一px)活力、丙二醛(MDA)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的影响。结果表明肝细胞内SOD、GSH一px活力和MDA含量,明显高于肾、脑细胞;氟未明显改变上述细胞内活性氧的代谢(产生和清除)过程。The effects of l~100 umol NaF/ml were observed on the outputs of superoxide anion radical(O2)and hydroxyl radical(OH·),the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH一px)and the contents of malonic aldehyde(MDA ) and lipoperoxide(LPO )in the primarv cuIturedhepatocyte,nephritocyte and cerebral cortex cell of rat.The resuIts showed that the activities of SOD andGSH一px and the content of MDA in hepatocyte were higher than those in nephritocyte and cerebral cortexcell,and that no obvious effects of fluoride were observed on the metablism(production and elimination)ofactivated oxygen in the cells。
