西宁市及海东地区新生儿脐血TSH测定对比研究

摘　　要：本文报告采用滤纸片免疫放射法（ＩＲＭＡ）测定青海省西宁市及海东地区６１４３例新生儿脐带血ＴＳＨ值的结果。结果表明：西宁市及海东地区新生儿ＴＳＨ＞５μＩＵ／ｍ１，比率均占调查总数的３０％以上，说明西宁市和海东地区新生儿均存在不同程度的碘缺乏。同时反映出两地区人群处于缺腆状态，经ｘ２检验，西宁市及海东地区新生儿脐带血ＴＳＨ值无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。In this paper,it reported the determination of cord blood TSH of 6 143 newborns by filter paper immunoradiometric assay ( IRMA ) in Xining city and Haidong district of Qinghai province. ResuItsshowed that neonatal TSH>5μIUIml were all more than 30%out of total investigation in the two areas,and there was iodine deficiency in newborns to various extent in both Xining city and Haidong district.It alsoreflected the population were in iodine deficiency condition. There was no significant difference of TSH>5μIUIml of neonatal cord blood between Xining city and Haidong district byX2 test(P>0.05).
