摘 要:在Cuff技术的基础上进行改良,通过112例移植实验,成功地建立了豚鼠至大鼠异种颈部心脏移植模型,仅2例失败,手术成功率为98.2%,豚鼠移植心平均存活时间14.5±5.5min。结果提示:改良豚鼠至大鼠异种颈部心脏移植术操作简便,出血少,手术成功的可重复性高,是研究非协调性异种心脏移植超急性血管排斥机制及抗排斥方面既实用又稳定可靠的实验动物模型。The shortage of allogenic donor heart is still a serious problem all over the world,which leads to a heat in the study of xenografic cardiac transplantation.This study,based on Cuff technique,modified the grafting procedure in some aspects and successfully established a model of cervical cardiac xenotransplantation from guinea pigs to rats.A total of 112 xenografting procedures were performed in this group,and the success rate was 98.2%,with only 2 cases of operative failure. Mean survival of the xenograft was 14.5±5.5 min.The result shows that the improved model is easily available and highly reproducible with less bleeding.It provides a practical and stable experimental means for studying the mechanisms of hyperacute vascular rejection and the prevention of rejection in discordant cardiac xenotransplantation.
