脑心通灵对高原缺氧性血液流变学和微循环异常的影响

摘  要:通过应用脑心通灵冲剂对世居平原移居不同海拔高度(3500~4500m)1~2年的19~22岁男性健康青年人,随机分为药物组和对照组共4组进行血管状态、血液状态、微循环状态的观察。结果显示,脑心通灵可降低血管阻力,恢复血管弹性(P<0.01),在恢复血管弹性方面有效率达90%以上,同时降低血小板的聚集率(P<0.01),其聚集比由50%升至70%水平,与平原正常值近似。脑心通灵改善微循环的作用:两高度综合积分均值分别由6.75±1.45,8.81±1.79降至2.67±0.83和2.63±0.56,对微循环异常的恢复为45.5~51.5%,明显改善率为48.5~54.6%,整体有效率达100%,预示脑心通灵在治疗预防心脑血管疾病及重要器官病变方面具有应用的前景。Healthy male youths,aged 19 to 22 years,migrated to stay over regions with an alititude from 3500 to 4500 m for 1 to 2 years were divided into 4 groups to observe the effects of naoxintonglin on their conditions of blood,blood vessels and microcirculation.It was found that naoxintonglin could reduce the resistance of blood vessels and restore vascular elasticity with 90%of efficiency.It could decrease the aggregation rate of platelets and the aggregation ratio was increased from 50%to 70%which was similar to the sea level value.Naoxintonglin could improve microcirculation and the average total integral value of the 2 altitudes was reduced from 6.75±1.45 and 8.81±1.79 to 2.67±0.83 and 2.63±0.56 respectively.Naoxintonglin could improve the function of microcirculation with a recovery rate from 45.5%~51.5%m,a significant improvement rate from 48.5%~54.6%and an overall effective rate of 100%.These findings suggest that naoxintonglin is a promising agent for the treatment and prevention of the diseases of the heart,brain,blood vessels and other important organs.
