细胞因子调节单个核细胞CD11b抗原表达的实验研究

摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学碱性磷酸酶标记ＡＢＣ－ＡＰ（ＡＢＣ－ＡＰ）法显示，用图像分析仪进行定量分析，研究了白细胞介素－１（ＩＬ－１）、白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）和γ－干扰素（ＩＦＮ－γ）对外周血单个核细胞白细胞分化抗原ＣＤ１１ｂ表达的调节作用。结果表明，４种细胞因子中有３种对单个核细胞表面ＣＤ１１ｂ抗原的表达有不同程度的上调作用，强度依次为ＩＬ－６＞ＩＬ－１＞ＴＶＦ；ＩＬ－１还有使ＣＤ１１ｂ抗原在细胞膜上的分布呈集中化的趋势。The mediation of IL-1、IL-6、 TNF and IFN-γ to the CD11b on mononculear cells of peripheral venousblood have been studied by means of immunohistochemical method ABC-AP,and the Image Analgser hasbeen used for quantitative analysis.The result has show that 3 of 4 cytokines have the upregulation to theCD11b and effective intensity are IL-6>IL-1> TNF.A tendency has been observed that IL-1 let CD11bconcentrate to a special region on the cells membran.
