摘　　要：用碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（ｂＦＧＦ）实验性治疗家兔火器伤，观察了伤后１周和２周创面肉芽组织中纤维母细胞的形态学变化（光镜和电镜）、免疫组化反应及增殖活性。结果表明ｂＦＧＦ能刺激纤维母细胞分裂增殖，有助于肉芽组织的生长。he morphology and cell proliferative activity of fibroblast during missile wound healing treated withbFGF were studied by light microscopy,electron microscopy ,immunohistochemistry and Ag-NORs meth-ods. The results showed that bFGF could stimulate fibroblast proliferation and suggested that bFGF couldpromote the growth of granulation tissue
