摘　　要：本文介绍了日本三菱公司生产的16位单片微处理器M37704及智能功率模块(IPM)的结构、特性及利用其设计变频调速器的方法。The architecture and characteristics of the M37704 chip microprocessor and the intelligent power model (IPM), produced by MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CO., are introduced in this paper. A new methoed to design inverter is also described.
