摘 要:本文介绍了用于加热炉的离线动态段法数学模型和在线计算机控制数学模型,后者是在前者的基础上进一步研究成功的。在线控制数学模型可根据可测参量实现全炉钢温分布的在线实时计算和最佳炉温动态补偿决策,因而可最大限度地降低燃耗和减少金属氧化烧损。The off-line dynamic zone-method mathematical model and on-line computer control mathematical model developed for reheating furnace are introduced in this paper, and the latter has been carried out on the basis of the former. With using the on-line computer control mathematical model and based on the measured parameters the on-line real-time calculation of temperature profile of all billets heated in furnace and the dynamic complement of optimum furnace temperature setpoints have been realized, so that the fuel consumption and metallic oxidation loss may be reduced at maximum limit.
