摘 要:本文介绍一种加热炉数学模型优化技术及基于该技术所设计的递阶计算机控制系统。天津轧钢五厂步进加热炉采用该系统后,仅因节省钢耗和能耗两项,年经济效益就达五十万元以上。A nonlinear discrete-time state space model describing the temperature profiles of slabs in a walking beam furnace is developed on the bases of unsteady state conduction equation and relevant boundary conditions through the discretization techniques. Also, an integrated optimization technique combining nonlinear programming is given and applied to design the hierarchical computer control system for reheating furnace. All this is successfully implemented on line. The design procedures of hardware structure, software structure., data sampling and processing, manchine communication are presented. The results have shown that the system is reliable, flexiable for control, and better control performance and significant economic benefit are achieved since the system was put into use.
