摘　　要：本文论述了电力市场的发展过程、基本原则、交易形式及实现步骤，讨论了电价对电力市场的作用，阐述了调度运行、规划、自动化及用户与电力市场的关系，介绍了电力市场模拟系统。In this paper thebistory,the basic rule,the forms of trade and the development steps of elec-tric power market are reviewed,and the action of elec-tricity price on the market is discussed.The relation a-mong the market,dispatching, planning,automationand user is studied.At last,the simulation system ofelectric power market is introduced.
