摘 要:Windows的多任务特性使我们在远动系统的主站编程中可以采用以通信程序作为后台,而监控程序以DDE技术与之进行动态的数据交换,实现对远方变电站的监视和控制。For remote dispatching systems of sub-stations,there are real-time requirements for monitor-ing and controlling systern and that for data collectionand data processing.On the basis of Windows plat-form the authors estabilished a dynamic data manage-ment system, in which there are two subsysterns,theyare the subsystem for data collection and processingand that for monitoring and control.During the pro-gramming of the above mentioned system the commu-nication prograrn is regarded as the background,andthe data exchange between the monitoring programand the comrnunication program is accomplished byDynamic Data Exchange(DDE)technique.
