摘　　要：随着市话网的动态发展，在大中城市市中心或用户密集区原交换局已达到终局容量，但原交换区界内仍有大量新增用户，这时需在原局址建新的交换局或附近建邻接局。这时用户线路网应如何规划建设，本文就这个问题谈了作者的看法。With the dynamic development of olcal switched telephone network in ome large/middingcities,the local centre office or olcal offices sited in dense subscriber areas have attained the designed capaci-ty.The number of new subscribers is still increasing fastly in those exchange areas,so some new switchingoffices should be built.This paper put forward the proposal how to plan and Construct the subscriber linenetwork in this case.
