摘　　要：本文提出通信电源监控系统的设计原则及实现中的一些问题，以确保通信电源监控系统的可靠性。并介绍所实现系统的硬件及软件结构。This paper describes the designing rules of communication power monitoring system and someproblems in the realizing course to ensure the reliability of the system and introduces the hardware and soft-ware structure of the completed system.
