摘　　要：用户网是当前光纤通信的发展方向之一。本文简述了国内外光纤用户网的发展情况和趋势，介绍了光纤用户网的构成方式，探讨了组网的一些技术问题，阐述了今后大力发展光纤用户网的必要性。The user network is one of the directions of development of optical fiber communication at pre-sent.This paper briefly describes the development status and trends of the optical fiber user network,anddiscusses about technology to establish the network.Finally,it puts forward the necessity of promoting de-velopment of the networks。
