摘　　要：本文从我国公用ＤＤＮ的实际制式与配置出发，面向专线或专网建设的决策者介绍公用ＤＤＮ提供的业务功能和用户层终端接入方式。The article, from the practicable configuration and the technical system of the public CHI-NADDN,facing the constructive decision makers of private networks,describes the service functions pro-vided by the public DDN and the entrance methods of the user terminals in the user layer.
