摘　　要：本文从电话信息服务业务的需要，数据库的重要性入手，论述了电话信息服务和联网对数据库的要求，提出了电话信息服务公共数据库的建设战略。Based on the analysing of public demand on telephone information services and the importanceof data base in the services,the author analyzes the data base functions required by telephone informationservices and network interconnecting,and put forward the construction strategy of public telephone infor-mation services.
