摘　　要：本文首先介绍智能网的概念和智能网业务生成环境的原理，然后描述了智能网ＣＩＮ０１（ＣｈｉｎｅｓｅＩｎｔｅｌｌｉｇｅｎｔＮｅｔｗｏｒｋＮｏ．０１）系统中业务生成环境的基本结构及其关键部分：业务逻辑编辑器及业务装配器的实现，最后介绍了ＣＩＮ０１中实现业务生成环境的软件环境与方法。Based on the introduction of the concept on intelligent network(IN)and the principle of IN ser-vice creation environment(SCE),this paper describes the basic architecture of SCE,and presents the im-plementation of service- logic-editor and service-assembler,which are the main tools of SCE.Finally,thepaper gives the technical approach and language used to develop SCE in our product CLN- 01.
