摘　　要：本文阐述了扩频型非相参多站应答机的测距、测速原理，详细分析了设计中的一些特殊问题，如带宽选择、多站转发电平分配、交调失真、测量精度及灵敏度检测方法等，并给出工程设计方法及计算公式。Abstract：This paper specifies principle of range and range rate about spread spectrumnon—coherent multi—station transponder．Problems such as bandwidth select， multi—sta-tion transmission level distribution，intermodulation distortion，precision and detection waysof sensitivity，are analyzed in detail．Methods and design formulas in engineering design aregiven.
