摘　　要：计算机辅助设计（ＣＡＤ）的应用在提高设计水平、减轻劳动强度、提高工作效率等方面取得了明显的效益。本文针对电力设计中火电厂热力设备和管道保温油漆这一繁琐工作的特点，开发了采用由计算机完成计算和统计的ＣＡＤ软件，并介绍了它的功能、特点以及运行等情况．运用该ＣＡＤ软件可使保温油漆这项设计工作变得轻松、快捷、准确，为无图板设计创造了条件．The application of Computer Aided Design (CAD) has made distinct benifits in promoting design level, lessening labour intensity, increasing working efficiency and so on. In view of the complexity to deal with the heat insulation and Paint of thermal equipment and pipe in the design of a power plant, a CAD software which can achieve calculation and statistics by the aid of a computer is developed in this paper.its function, feature and operation are introduced. Using this CAD software mentioned above can make it easy, rapid and accurated to design the system of heat sulation and paint, as well as creat a favourable condition foodesign of non-drawing plate.
