摘 要:用电子探针测定了六种碳的同素异性体和七种碳化物中的CKα光谱。结果表明,六种纯碳物质的CKα光谱的波长、外形以及强度等均互不相同。七种碳化物的CKα不仅不同于各种纯碳物质的,而且其波长、半高宽、对称系数等随化合物中的金属元素的原子序数作周期性变化。为探讨CKα光谱与电子结构的关系提供信息及碳化物的电子探针定量分析提供了有用的数据。Six allotropic carbon samples and seven kinds of carbides were used to study CKα X-ray spectrum by meansof a electron probe microanalyser in order to obtain some available data for quantitative electron probe micro-analysis of carbides. The results show that the wavelengths and profiles of CKα from different allotropic carbonand carbides are different from each other,and peak intensities as well as integral intensities of CKαfor differentpure carbon samples are also different. The CKα full width at half-maximum(FWHM) of all carbides are obvi-ously smaller than those of pure carbon ,and the FWHM and symmetric coefficients (SC)of CKα spectrum indifferent carbides as well as the wavelength are changed periodically with the atomic number of metal elementsinvolved. These difference are related with their crystal structure,chemical bond etc.
