介质材料的宽带测试技术的研究

摘　　要：详细阐述了自由空间法测试复介电常数与复磁导率的工作原理，讨论了系统组建的一些基本问题和校准技术，并对这种方法的灵敏度进行了计算机模拟。该方法能够对介质材料进行宽频带测试，通过校准，测试结果能达到满意的精度。This paper details the principle of measurement of complex permittivity and permibilityusing free-space method ,and discuess some basic problems of the construction of the system and thecalibration tichniqu.The measurement sensitivity of this method also modeled by computer.This methodcan be expanded to broad-band meaeasurement of dlelectric materials,and accuracy results can be obtainedafter calibration,but numerical simulation shows the this method can not be used to the case of low-lossymaterials.
