珙桐果皮中镍、钙元素的EDS分析

摘　　要：珙桐（ＤａｖｉｄｉａｉｎｖｏｌｕｃｒａｔａＢａｉｌｌ）干核果的三层果皮中，镍、钙元素的相对含量有一定差异。用峰背比法分析比较，三层果皮镍含量由外向内呈递增趋势；钙的含量则递减。本文对果皮中镍元素存在的系统学意义及镍、钙元素相对含量变化所具有的生理学意义作了初步讨论。The differential distribution of the elements of nickel and calcium have been detectedin the pericarp ofDavidia involucrata Baill ,using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy.The results showed that the relativecontent of nickel is increased gradually on the three layers of the pericarp,which there ro from exocarp,meso-carp to endocarp.But,the calcium is decreased gradually.In this paper,the about classificational significanee ofthe nickel,and the physiological meaning of thechange with relative contents of nickel and calcium are discussedprimarelly。
