摘　　要：本文给出了一个极低码率的６０ｂ／ｓ的语音编码系统──汉语识别声码器，以３２句话共２６７个音节作实验，其音节识别率平均为７４．１６％，句子平均可懂度为９１．９％，介绍了其系统结构，给出了实验结果。The paper presents a speech coding system, called Chinese speech recognition vocoder,with extremely low bit rate-60bps. Experiments on 32 sentences comprising 267 syllables showed that, the average intelligibility of sentences is 91.9% while the average syllable recognition correct rate is 74. 16%. The structure of the vocoder is introduced,and experimental results are given.
