摘 要:本文以空气─水为工质,对倾斜下降管内气─液两相流流型和摩阻压降进行了理论和试验研究。采用压差波动法测定流型,获得了不同流型下的压差波动信号。根据试验结果,绘制了不同倾角下的流型图,得到了四种主要流型的转换关系式。采用以分液相摩擦折算系数和马蒂内利参数X2的关系整理了倾斜下降流动摩擦阻力试验结果。在理论分析基础上结合试验结果,提出了三种流型下摩擦阻力计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。An experimental and theoretical study on flow pattern and frictional pressure drop of gasliquid two-phase downward flow in an inclined tube is described in the paper. By employing the method of pressure difference fluctuation, the flow pattern is identified and pressure difference fluctuation signals of various flow pattern are obtained. Flow pattern maps of various inclined tubes are plotted based on experimental results and four kinds of main flow pattern transition equations are obtained. The correlation of and X2 is utilized to arrange experimental results of frictional pressure drop for inclined downward flow. The calculation formulas of frictional pressure drop for three kinds of flow patterns are presented and calcuation results agree well with expreimental results.
