摘　　要：针对火电项目建设的主要影响因素之一──工期问题，通过定性和定量的分析，利用层次分析的方法得出影响工期的主要因素及工期重要度因果分析图，并提出指导工程实际的控制措施。Time limit is one of the most improtant factors that affects the project of cola-fired pwoer plant construction. The paper employs the method of analytic hierchy process(AHP) to obtain graph of causes and effects in different importance that affects time limit of project and presents control measures to direct engineering practice grasping main contradictions.
