摘 要:在落叶松人工林内利用落叶松绶尺蠖核型多角体病毒(ZrNPV)对落叶松绶尺蠖2、3、4龄幼虫进行了防治。使用浓度为103×107PIB/mL的防治效果:2龄幼虫校正死亡率为73.53%;4龄幼虫校正死亡率为67.51%。使用浓度为1.03×108PIB/mL的防治效果:2龄虫校正死亡率为90.81%;3龄幼虫校正死亡率为89.47%;4龄幼虫校正死亡率为86.49%。同时证明落叶松绶尺蠖幼虫的龄期越小其死亡率越高、致死时间越短.防治的最适虫龄以2或3龄幼虫为佳。ZrNPV was used to control the 2nd. 3rd. and 4th instar larvae of Zethenia rufescentaria Motsch. in larch plantation. The corrective mortalities of the 2nd and 4th were 73. 53% and 67. 51% respectively with the concentration of 1. 03×107 PIB/mL. The mortalities of the 2nd. 3rd and 4th instar larvae were 90. 81%、89. 47%, and 86. 49% respectively with the concentration of 1. 03×108 PIB/mL.We also identified that the mortality increase and the fatal time decrease with the decreasing of instar. and the most suitable instar for controlling are the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae.
