摘  要:将红皮云杉(Piceakoraiensis)和大青杨(Populusussuriensis)木材试样进行无催化剂液相乙酰化处理(t=(120±3)℃),测试了乙酸化度(增重率)与试样尺寸、体积和平衡含水率变化之间的相关关系,结果表明:相同处理条件下,红皮云杉的乙酰化度高于大青杨;乙酸化度以25%~30%为宜;处理试样的尺寸、体积和平衡含水率的变化与乙酰化度呈直线相关。The wood samples of Picea koraiensis and Populus ussuriensis were treated by liquid acetylation without catalyst (t=(120±3)℃). The relationship were studied between acetylated degree (e. g. weight gain percent) and the change of dimension, volume and Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) of wood samples.The results show as follows: (1) Under the same conditions of treatment. the acetylated degree of Picea koraiensis is higher than that of Populus ussuriensis. (2) In general, the treatment of 25%~30% acetylated degree is suitable. (3) The relationship between acetylated degree and the change of dimension, volume and EMC of wood samples is linear correlation.
