纸张定量及水分的计算机自动控制系统的研制

摘　　要：在不改变原有主要设备的前提下、结合箱板纸及圆网式抄纸机的特声，设计研制的纸张定量及水分的计算机自动控制系统，采用了完善的施密斯补偿控制方法和有效的抗干扰措施，具有控制准确，调整时间短，无超调，在纸浆浓度及气压大幅度变化的情况下，仍能保证纸张定量及水分在给定标准内。该系统已于１９９４年初正式投入生产运行。On the premise of unchanging original primoe equipments, combining characters of box-plate-paper with ones of round-netting-paper machine, the authors designed and studied a computer automatic control system on paper ration and moisture. By adopting precise Smith Compensation Control method and effective yesisting-disturbance step. the system controls accurately, demand little adjusting time and does not exceed the adjustment limit. Under these circumstances of paper-pulp density and atmospheric pressure fluctuating within a wide range.can still be able to ensure paper ration and moisture within the given-value standard.This system was put into production and operation at the beginning of 1994.
