摘  要:为了提高袋装木片的堆密度.用相同的麻袋装更多的木片.使运输木片的车辆均能达到铁路车辆的额定载重量,降低木片的生产成本.经两次试验表明:在初始加压时.压实距离虽少量增加,但压力增加较大、木片压实包装应选择合理压实距离;被压实的木片能保持成形时的状态,受力干扰时仍能散开。不影响木片从麻袋内卸出;将压实的木片装入麻袋是可行的.对麻袋与木片均无不良影响;在垂直方向压实的工艺基础上、再增加水平方向的压实力和振动措施、减小木片间的内摩擦力.其技术效果和经济效益将更显著。In order to raise stack density of chips in sack. to load more chips with the same sack. to make all the vehicles transporting chips reach the rated dead-weight of railway vehicles and to reduce the cost, the authors made twice trials. The results show that the relationship between compaction distance and effort is linear in the beginning of increasing pressure; when exceeding a certain range. although compaction distance increase little. the pressure increase a lot; rational compaction distance should be selected in compaction package of chips; the compacted chips can keep shaping and can still scattered when interfered by pressure and has no influence on the unloading of chips from sacks; load chips in compacted sacks is viable having no bad effect on both the sack and the chip; on the base of technology of vertical compaction direction. by adding a vertical compaction force and vibrating measures. reducing the friction between the chips. its technological effect and economic benefits will be more significant.
