摘 要:面对中国地方猪种遗传资源保存要以活体保种为主要形式,且面临经济特性选育提高,以及品种数量多的三大特点,为突破以Wright有效含量为核心的保种理论关于避免选择等条件的限制,提出了变无目标的随机保种为有目标保种,变避免选择的静态保种为利用选择的动态保种,变各品种互不联系的孤立保种为特性统一分配联合保种的多目标规划数学模型,该模型有两个目标,一是使特性安排在表现最突出的品种中保存,二是使品种选择特性之间遗传正相关大,负相关小。最后给出了中国猪种质特性的系统保存方案。Three characters are discussed about the conservation of the pig genetic resources at present in China.The first is that the pig genetic resources would be protected mainly in the form of living animal;the second is that of most the breeds of Chinese pigs are being improved for production and the third is that there are too many breeds in danger in China to be protected.In order to deal with the conditions,a new model of conscrving animal genetic resources is proposed which would brcak through the limitation in averting selection that is impressed by the theory Which takes effective sizc as nuclcus.Taking concretegenetic features as conserving objects,distributing the objects to breeds with systematic method and protecting the features by selection are basic characters of the multiobjeetive programming model.There are two objccts of the model.The first is protecting the features in the breed which is distinguishcd at the features.The second is to make the genetic correlative coefficient as high in positive and low in negative as possible.The scheme of conserving pig genetic features in China is given here.
